Project Engineer

About Us

We are a full-service HVAC building automation chiller and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Create and manage design submittals RFIs and change orders
• Work with the Quality Control manager to create review and edit required quality control documents
• Manage designers subcontractors and vendors to ensure required design & installation information (is provided correctly and on-time.
• Review subcontractor & engineering performance and provide feedback to the Project Manager.
• Coordinates purchase of necessary supplies equipment and services from appropriate sources and maintains proper inventory control maintenance and consumable supplies.
• Authority to review and approve design submittals to ensure compliance.

Compensation Range : $70304 - $82000 per year
