Vice President of IDD Operations

A company is looking for a Vice President of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure efficient day-to-day operations in IDD through performance management and continuous improvement

Participate in strategic planning and collaborate on the development of division policies and procedures

Manage the financial close / budgeting process for the IDD division and uphold compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience in operations management, particularly in the IDD sector

Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets

Proven leadership skills with experience supervising senior executives

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation processes in the IDD field
