Scope of work:
Demonstrable skills in the following Technologies:
Scope of work:
- Provide operational network support for existing and new network components including but not limited to Troubleshooting network problems Customer Incident and request management
- Configure network equipment to include but not limited to basic routing & switching, base and port configurations using standard operating procedures/checklists
- Participate, as a team member, in network project installations which will include creating change documentation, implementation and cable matrixes and network drawings
- Attend customer program/project meetings and provide updates on network progress as appropriate
- Direct physical touch resources on what network equipment should be landed and where and report back to project team or others
- Direct physical touch resources on cabling needs for network equipment including proper cable labelling, installation etc.
Demonstrable skills in the following Technologies:
- IEEE Ethernet Switching
- TCP/IP Networking
- Routing – BGP, OSPF
- VLAN
- Subnetting
- Layer Cabling detail – copper and fiber
- Arista product or Cisco product experience and working experience with their products and working experience with their products
