Entry-Level Accounting / Data Entry Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry-Level Accounting / Data Entry Clerk to join our team. What Youll Do :
- Enter and maintain accurate data in databases, ERP systems, and Excel spreadsheets
- Perform data entry tasks including order processing, transcription, and data collection
- Assist with basic accounting functions such as invoice processing and expense tracking
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Use Excel functions (including pivot tables) to review and analyze data
- Support general office operations : scanning, copying, organizing, and filing
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and accuracy
- Provide administrative and clerical support to team members as needed
