Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Pasco County School System

Part-Time or Full-Time

  • Multiple School Sites
  • All Age Groups

We’re seeking dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologists to join the Pasco County school system. We have multiple openings across various campuses , serving students from early childhood through high school. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available.

About the Role :

As a School-Based SLP, you will :

  • Provide speech, language, communication, and swallowing interventions to students with diverse needs.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and document progress in accordance with district and state guidelines.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s educational success.
  • Deliver therapy in individual and group settings, adapting treatment to meet educational and developmental goals.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, screenings, and campus-based support initiatives.

    • Requirements

  • Current and unrestricted license to practice Speech Language Pathology in the state of Florida .
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an SLP.
  • Previous school-based experience preferred , but not required.
