Atouts : expérience en ONG ou secteur associatif, familiarité avec CRM et campagnes de mobilisation, intérêt fort pour la protection de l’environnement.

Contexte du poste :
Dans un contexte de croissance des données issues des campagnes citoyennes, études scientifiques et actions juridiques, le / la Data Analyst joue un rôle clé pour transformer les données en informations utiles à la prise de décision et maximiser l’impact environnemental et politique de l’association.
Missions principales :
- Collecte et analyse de données : structuration et analyse de données issues de campagnes, CRM, études scientifiques et données publiques ; segmentation des donateurs et sympathisants ; analyses statistiques et indicateurs de performance (KPI).
- Reporting et aide à la décision : création et maintenance de tableaux de bord ; synthèse et vulgarisation des résultats pour les équipes opérationnelles et la direction ; rédaction de rapports internes et externes.
- Data & plaidoyer : appui aux équipes juridiques et campagnes avec analyses chiffrées ; production de contenus basés sur la donnée (infographies, visualisations) ; respect RGPD / CNIL.
- Structuration et amélioration continue : optimisation des processus de collecte et de stockage des données ; documentation des méthodes ; veille sur les bonnes pratiques data dans le secteur associatif.
