We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Events Representative to join our growing team.

Sales Representative
Location: Woodland Hills, CA (In-Office, Full-Time)
Travel Required: Occasional travel for conventions and trade shows
This individual will promote USA Express to new and existing clients, attend industry conventions, and serve as a professional ambassador for our brands. You will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and presenting solutions that meet the unique needs of law firms and corporate clients.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate new business opportunities.
• Communicate with prospects and clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored services.
• Present and demonstrate USA Express services to potential clients; clearly and confidently explain our services (investigations, process serving, filings, proofs, etc.).
• Attend trade shows, conventions, and networking events to represent and promote the company.
• Negotiate agreements and pricing in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Drive new business through professional networking and direct sales.
• Monitor budgets and ensure responsible use of company resources when traveling or entertaining.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.
• Provide periodic sales forecasts and progress updates to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in presenting and networking at events.
• Self-motivated with a proactive sales mindset.

• Knowledgeable in lead generation, client follow-up, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 23 years of sales/business development experience.
• Prior experience representing a company at industry events or trade shows.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills articulate, well-spoken, and persuasive.
• Strong knowledge of legal support services and terminology.
• Skilled negotiator.
• Budget-conscious and fiscally responsible.

PAY RATE-
$65,000 annually (exempt, full Time)plus travel expenses
