Built and refined over three decades, Echoing Green discovers tomorrow's leaders today, and then funds, connects, and supports a new generation of social impact leaders.

The Vice President, Development will be a transformative leader responsible for designing, executing, and scaling Echoing Green's fundraising strategy. This role will drive growth across individual, institutional, and corporate giving raising $20M annually. The successful candidate will expand and diversify Echoing Green's pipeline, foster a culture of philanthropy across the organization, and empower our Development team to lead with creativity and bold innovation. By combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, the VP will ensure Echoing Green has the continued resources to fuel our mission of "a movement of leaders innovating today to transform tomorrow."
