Previs Artist

A company is looking for a Previs Artist to create sequences of shots that convey the story through 3D computer graphics.

Key Responsibilities

Establish character blocking, camera positioning, and animate camera movement

Build animatics and ensure the Director and Art Director's vision is incorporated into the film

Collaborate with the Editorial department and guide pre-visualization workflow and tool development

Required Qualifications

3 years of computer graphics pre-visualization production experience

Experience with motion capture based pre-visualization workflow

Expertise in Autodesk Maya, Autodesk Motion Builder, and Adobe Photoshop

Moderate to advanced modeling, surfacing, and rigging skills

Film background and / or film education is desired
