About the Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We're looking for a self-motivated, energetic SDR with a proven track record in outbound calling and email prospecting. You'll play a key role in connecting with potential customers, booking meetings, and working hand-in-hand with our Sales Execs to close deals.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Make 400+ outbound calls weekly to prospects
• Send outreach emails and follow-ups
• Schedule meetings and demos for Sales Execs
• Respond to inbound leads and qualify interest
• Act as a helpful resource and product expert
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on strategy
• Hit and exceed performance goals

What You'll Need:

• 1+ year in a Sales Development or cold-calling role
• Great communicationverbal, written, and persuasive
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
• Extremely self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Tech savvy and eager to learn
• Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
• Experience in healthcare or EdTech is a bonus

Job Details:

• MonFri, 8 AM 5 PM CT (1-hour lunch)
• Fully Remote (Mexico & Latin America only)
• Full-Time Contractor
