We have an amazing Roving Leasing Consultant opportunity available with our team in Abilene, TX. This person will split their time between our six communities in the region. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm

Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants
-Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities
-Lease vacant apartments to new residents
-Renew leasing contracts with existing residents
-Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts
-Assist property team with marketing efforts
-Participate in community outreach for brand awareness
-Fostering and maintaining relationships with on-site residents

What We Need From You:-High school diploma or equivalent
-6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
-Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Exceptional organizational skills
-Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
