Now Hiring : Bilingual Customer Service & Administrative Assistant

• Location : Castroville, CA
• Pay : $20-22 per hour (DOE)
• Schedule : Monday–Friday, 10 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM, with rotating Saturday and Sunday shifts.

• About the Role :
• We are seeking a compassionate and organized Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and community programs at our nonprofit organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and working in a diverse, community-focused environment. -Key Responsibilities :
• Greet and assist clients in both English and Spanish
• Answer phones, emails, and manage front-desk inquiries
• Assist staff with administrative tasks, scheduling, and event coordination
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry -Requirements :
• Bilingual – English & Spanish
• Previous customer service or administrative experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
