Residential Counselor - Weekend Only

Join Crystal Springs as a part-time Weekend Residential Counselor to become a positive mentor and provide invaluable support to people with disabilities! Our Assonet, MA organization is looking for a compassionate person to help our students bridge the gap between their achievements and their next step to independence.

You're critical to our students' happiness and well-being, and you earn $18.50 - $21.50/hour based on experience. We also offer a sign-on bonus and shift differentials; $3.00/hour for weekends. This position works either from 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM or 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM on weekends.

A mandatory 6 days of training is required with a schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm plus the following Monday.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to stay awake during overnight shifts and work holidays as needed
• Ability to support daily living activities and perform physical interventions when necessary

Caregiving experience would be preferred but isn't required for this entry-level role. A high school degree or equivalent would be a plus.
