About the Role:
We’re looking for a Service Manager to lead our team, manage shop operations, and drive sales. This role is key to maintaining high standards, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach shop staff; manage scheduling and performance.
• Oversee workflow, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Sell repairs/services and help achieve sales goals.
• Handle customer service issues and maintain shop safety.
• Manage costs and P&L performance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years automotive shop management experience.
• 1+ year in sales or proven ability to sell.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
