You’ll handle core accounting functions, payroll, accounts payable, and expense management while supporting financial reporting and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and payroll laws.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and ADP Workforce Now.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience

General Accounting : Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end close. Provide support for international operations, including Canada and Mexico, to maintain compliance and facilitate smooth financial processes.Payroll : Oversee and / or process payroll and associated reporting, including commission and benefit reports, ensure compliance, and act as liaison between HR and Finance.Accounts Payable : Process vendor invoices, manage approvals, and maintain internal controls.Expense Reimbursements : Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring policy compliance.Financial Reporting : Assist with audits, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting.
