Job Description
- Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through completion
- Collaborate with design, application, and sales engineers to develop and implement technical solutions
- Interpret and apply technical drawings, specifications, and dimensioning standards
- Support manufacturing and assembly processes by ensuring design accuracy and feasibility
- Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with minimal supervision
- Participate in customer meetings, shop floor discussions, and site visits as needed
- Travel occasionally for customer visits (typically local and under 25%) and once annually for international collaboration meetings
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across engineering and production functions
- Maintain strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to project management

The Successful Applicant
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
- Brings at least 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer within manufacturing or assembly environments
- Demonstrates strong understanding of technical drawings, tolerances, and dimensioning standards
- Is proficient with Autodesk or AutoCAD software
- Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with exposure to customers and production teams
- Has a proactive, organized approach to managing multiple projects and priorities
- Is open to limited travel (less than 25%, mostly local) and one annual international trip for team collaboration
- Ideally has exposure to pumps, valves, or fluid dynamics, and prior project management or customer-facing experience

- Salary : $80,000 - $100,000 per year
- Annual discretionary bonus (pays out in May)
