Role Description :
Analyze requirements and configure ServiceNow modules as per requirements.
Design and develop unit test cases Develop and unit test the solution components based on the designCreate update sets for deployment Develop, review, and deliver all the documentation that is to be delivered as part of the program
Provide support in resolving issues raised by the QA (SIT and UAT) teamsAdhere to ITIL standards and ServiceNow coding best practicesAssist in packaging and delivering of the developed software to subsequent phases of the program as well as for the final deploymentAssist the QA team in preparing the test dataLog the defects and track them to closureProvide support for the root cause analysis of defects and implementation of corrective / preventive actionsImplementing new Business logic using scripts, Business rules, UI Policies for various functional needs in the application
