Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals
Guide leaders through talent management processes including performance management and succession planning
Drive organizational change initiatives and implement HR programs based on business needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with 4-5 years as a Senior HR Business Partner
Experience influencing senior leadership and managing complex HR programs
Strong background in organizational development and change management
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably in SaaS or technology
