Build executive rapport with C-suite leaders to integrate solutions into their growth strategies
Protect and grow revenue by managing health, renewal, and expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
5+ years in a client-facing role at a SaaS or technology company
Proven track record of managing a complex portfolio of accounts
Experience engaging senior stakeholders and navigating multi-level organizations
Strong ability to leverage data to communicate insights and recommendations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
