Role :

Compile and reconcile data involving ATM and Mastercard programs, perform maintenance and be the liaison for internal and external users.

Major Duties and Responsibilities :

• Balance ATM network, ATMs and Mastercard debit and prepaid programs on a daily basis.
• Act as a liaison for internal and external users, researching and resolving problems with ATM cards, debit cards, as well as electronic payments including bill pay and electronic cash management pay.
• Create and maintain Mastercard debit card files and monitors transactions for fraudulent use.
• Process and maintain files of Mastercard debit card charge backs and disputes, ensuring diplomatic and timely correspondence with affected members and Mastercard, filing bond claims when appropriate.
• Coordinate ATM / Mastercard network and terminal adjustments, maintaining appropriate and effective liaison.
• Maintain ATM records according to Credit Union policy.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the credit union industry, following generally accepted accounting principles.
• Perform other functions as requested.
