Job Summary

Beacon Hill's client, an AmLaw firm, is seeking a healthcare attorney with 3+ years of experience to assist their team.

• Location : Remote (candidates must be licensed and reside in one of the following states: California, Washington, or Oregon )
• Start : ASAP
• Duration : 6+ months ( concurrent employment not permitted )
• Hours : 30-40 hours/week

Qualifications:

• Actively licensed and in good standing in the U.S. jurisdiction where you reside: California, Washington, or Oregon .
• 3+ years of experience as a healthcare attorney.
• Experience in the following areas required:Healthcare regulatory work, including physician contracting, hospital operations, HIPAA, and healthcare vendor/supply chain contracting.Medical staff bylaws interpretation and application, including credentialing and regulatory compliance.Conducting fair hearings and managing adverse actions against medical staff.In-house experience within hospital medical staff offices would be a plus.California regulatory knowledge, especially related to the corporate practice of medicine.
• Comfortable working in high-volume, sensitive environments where quick yet accurate counsel is required.
