What You'll Do
Provide technical support regarding plant equipment, process efficiency, and plant wide safety
Provide technical assistance in the scope of engineering, preventative and predictive maintenance, and other facets of reliability engineering
Update existing plant and maintenance equipment records and processes
Monitor and maintain a comprehensive set of performance metrics for the plant
Reduce maintenance costs (spare parts consumption reduction, outsourcing justification, etc.)
Ensure integrity of maintenance dashboards and data indicators
Support calls from operational maintainers
What You'll Need
Practical knowledge of mechanical applications, electrical applications, and common industrial processes
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints and diagrams
Ability to lead a project from design through installation and start up, including associated operational and maintenance training
Team building and supervisory skills leading project teams and comfortable with supervising technical and non-technical personnel
Previous experience in running projects (Project Management)
Automation knowledge would be a plus (in addition to mechanical)
Working knowledge of Preventative Maintenance Methods / Approach
CMRP certification is a plus
Use and knowledge of a CMMS system in previous roles is a plus
Your Education
Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree in a technical field OR 10 years of Industrial Maintenance / Engineering work experience
