Experienced Groundup Multifamily Estimator

Position Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Groundup Multifamily Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in estimating costs for multifamily construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on budget and within scope, contributing to the success and profitability of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for multifamily construction projects from preliminary design through completion.
• Conduct cost analysis and budget development for multiple groundup projects.
• Review and analyze project documents, blueprints, and specifications to create accurate quantity takeoffs.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential project issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure alignment on budgets and schedules.
• Implement value engineering practices to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure transparency and address any changes or challenges.
