[job_card.job_description]High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly Proficiency with computers and inventory management software Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification Understanding of shipping regulations and procedures Problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset
2nd Shift- 3pm-11 : 30pm + Overtime- Bilingual
Job Responsibilities :
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Accurately document all incoming and outgoing materials in inventory management systems
- Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products according to customer orders
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely
- Maintain organized warehouse spaces and ensure proper storage of inventory
- Coordinate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Process shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and delivery receipts
- Report damaged, defective, or missing items to supervisors and appropriate departments
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shipping and receiving areas
