Technology Leadership Development Program Associate

Embark on this journey as a Leadership Development Program Associate and lay the foundation for your future.

The 18-month Technology LDP program offer a structured technical concentration or a pathway to upskill in a specific technology team. Specific programs change annually, and rotations are pre-determined for each concentration or pathway.

After exploring the breadth of the business unit through each rotation, LDPs may have the opportunity to post to a permanent position within Ameriprise Financial.

Our Technology organization is committed to strengthening and securing our systems, delivering unparalleled customer experiences, uncovering efficiencies, and growing and succeeding as a team.

As part of the Technology Leadership Development Program, you will cultivate leadership skills by co-collaborating and leading different Committees (Employee Engagement, Professional Development, Volunteer Committee and more).

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary range for this role is $85,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and / or long-term incentives depending on the role.
