TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional end-of-life care and emotional support to patients and their families in a hospice setting. This role emphasizes comfort, dignity, and quality of life for individuals facing terminal illnesses.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with established hospice protocols and patient care plans.
• Assess and manage symptoms such as pain, anxiety, and respiratory distress to maximize patient comfort.
• Educate patients and families on disease progression, medications, and palliative interventions.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, chaplains, and home health aides.
• Provide emotional and psychosocial support to patients and families during all phases of care.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and changes in condition in accordance with hospice regulations.
• Ensure compliance with hospice, state, and federal regulations, and quality standards.
