Key Responsibilities

Partner with account management to define client hiring needs and objectives

Oversee candidate sourcing, onboarding, and team leadership initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

Minimum of five years of recruiting experience

Previous experience in staffing or human resources solutions industries

Supervisory experience is highly desirable
