**Job Title:** Registered Nurse**Job Specialty:** Intensive Care Unit (ICU)**Job Duration:** Not Specified**Shift:** Night**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week**Experience:** Not Specified**License:** Indiana Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Registered Nurse License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) required**Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire**Must-Have:** Associate of Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred**Job Description:** - Work in an 18-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with a nurse to patient ratio of 1:2-3- Scheduled to work three 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) per week- Holiday and weekend work required every 3rd weekend- Benefit eligible with at least 16 hours per week- This position involves frequent standing, walking, talking, and listening, and lifting or moving more than 50 lbs- Eligible for applicable shift differentials and Sunday/holiday premiums- Offers a multi-year signing bonus- Must confirm interest in Direct Hire**Additional Information:** This role demands a compassionate and diligent individual capable of providing high-quality patient care in a challenging ICU environment.
