Job Description

Duration : Full Time / Permanent

Location : Greater Seattle Area 43

Shift : Flexible!! (Clinic is only open from the hours of 7 : 30-5 : 30pm M-F though)

Required Skills

1+ year of experience as an RN
1+ years of nursing experience in endoscopy, ICU, or ED
ASN
WA RN license

Day to Day

Works closely with team members to ensure accurate assessment and delivery of the appropriate level of care for each patient

Fosters professional relationships and communicates relevant information to other members of the health care team

Utilizes problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with peers.

Maintain professional guidelines and departmental standards

Applies evidence-based practices and creative problem-solving to optimize patient outcomes and procedural efficiency

Engages in open and transparent communication with leadership to address concerns and improve departmental performance

Lead Innovation : We lead with creativity, agility and think bold in our approach.

Actively contributes to process improvement and innovation projects within the department to optimize patient care delivery.
