Requirements :

7 years of Oracle EBS Benefits Development experience.

Strong PL / SQL and Oracle EBS technical skills.

Experience with union benefit structures and CBAs .

Excellent communication skills; native English speaker .

Responsibilities :

Develop and customize Oracle EBS Benefits solutions.

Configure eligibility rules benefit codes and enrollments.

Build benefits-related reports and interfaces.

Support new benefit groups and business rule changes.

Assist with testing and production support.
