Job Title : Programmer Analyst 5 - UI / UX Designer / Developer

Job Location : Lansing, MI (Hybrid)

Job Type : Contract

Job Description / Requirement :

3–5+ years of professional UI / UX design experience

2+ years of experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, or equivalent)

2–3+ years of experience working with design systems and reusable components

2+ years of experience leading user workshops and facilitating design sessions

1+ year of experience with accessibility standards and ADA best practices

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with quantitative, results-driven design techniques (e.g., A / B testing)

Experience with information architecture

Working knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS / LESS)

Familiarity with Java and / or .NET environments (desired but not required)
