The ACT Paycheck: Top-Tier Earnings
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,460
- Annual Potential: Up to $96,000
- Base Pay: 57-59 CPM (based on experience)
- Paid on Practical Miles: Get paid for the actual miles you drive, not just the shortest map route.
- Retention Bonus: $2,500 to stay and grow with us.
- Referral Choice: Earn an extra $0.02/mile for a year OR a $1,500 cash bonus for every driver you refer.*
- Drive your pay: Stay out longer to earn more money. The more productive you are, the more you earn!
The ACT Lifestyle: Home Time & Lanes
- Flexible Home Time: Earn 6 days off per month. You choose how to use them-take weekly resets or stack them for a full week off.
- No-Touch Freight: 100% no-touch, so you focus on the road, not the trailer floor.
- Regional Lanes: Run the Midwest and Southeast. Absolutely NO Northeast runs.

We believe you should drive in comfort. All tractors are 2022 or newer, including brand-new 2025 models.

Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 1+ years of verifiable experience
- No DOT accidents in past 3 years
- No SAP during past 7 years
- DOT Physical, Urine and Company Policy Hair Test Required
