Job Description : SailPoint Lead

Overview

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Lead Developer / IAM Engineer with strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) particularly in the implementation customization and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing identity workflows implementing provisioning solutions integrating applications and supporting enterprise-level IAM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

SailPoint Development & Configuration

  • Design develop and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ features including :

Lifecycle Manager (LCM)

  • Certification campaigns
  • Access request workflows
  • Role-based access controls (RBAC)
  • Compliance & access review processes
  • Develop custom connectors rules workflows and forms using Beanshell Java XML and SailPoint APIs.
  • Configure IIQ tasks policies aggregation jobs and scheduled tasks.

    • Application Integration

  • Integrate enterprise applications with SailPoint using :

    • Direct connectors

  • SCIM / REST APIs
  • JDBC / LDAP connectors
  • Develop and maintain identity provisioning and de-provisioning capabilities.

    • IAM Operations

  • Perform user lifecycle management access certification and joiner / mover / leaver processes.
  • Troubleshoot and support IAM systems access issues and integration defects.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance optimization and upgrades.

    • Technical Documentation & Collaboration

  • Create and maintain technical documentation including design specs process flows and configuration notes.
  • Collaborate with security architects business stakeholders and application owners to ensure alignment with security and compliance standards.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Strong programming experience in :

    • Java / Beanshell

  • XML
  • SQL
  • Experience with directory services : Active Directory LDAP Azure AD.
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts :

    • Provisioning & de-provisioning

  • RBAC / ABAC
  • Identity governance
  • Access certification
  • Familiarity with REST / SOAP web services.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
