Hawkins Ash CPAs is looking to hire a Tax Partner for our growing Neenah office.

As a Tax Partner , you will :

  • Lead and manage tax engagements
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the office operations
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Mentor and participate in the growth and development of team members
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s reach
  • Confirm the satisfaction and retention of key accounts
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, laws, and professional standard
  • Provide high level strategic, financial, and business advice

Our ideal candidate will have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA certification
  • Ten or more years of related experience working with small businesses and high net worth
  • Previous experience with trust returns preferred
  • Leadership or partner-level experience
  • Business development experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of tax regulations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and accounting software packages
