As a Tax Partner , you will :
- Lead and manage tax engagements
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the office operations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and participate in the growth and development of team members
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s reach
- Confirm the satisfaction and retention of key accounts
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, laws, and professional standard
- Provide high level strategic, financial, and business advice
