Job Summary and Responsibilities

In your role as a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with departmental requirements and state-specific practice standards. Working closely with medical providers and the care team, you will provide individualized, compassionate care while embracing nursing practices such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will advocate for patients and their families, upholding our organization's values to ensure outstanding patient experiences and positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions upon admission and each shift, swiftly identifying and communicating any changes in status.
• Perform procedures and functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation in the patient's medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor responses, and take prompt action for any adverse reactions.
• Engage with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications, ensuring clear understanding of information.

Qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
• Current (RN) Registered Nurse license or (APRN) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license.
• Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma.
