Key Responsibilities

Leads the management of cross-functional implementations / projects, ensuring collaboration and timely completion

Evaluates departmental performance through data analysis and assists in developing metrics and mitigation strategies

Collaboratively formulates implementation and communication strategies with stakeholders for successful change management

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in program management within the healthcare space

2+ years of experience delivering projects independently and within a team

1+ year of SQL experience

1+ year of experience with Excel / Google Sheets
