Our multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group Bakersfield , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible ENT Physician to join our team in Bakersfield, California. Practice Highlights :

• Join an experienced ENT in a collaborative, supportive group setting
• Full-scope practice, including outpatient clinic, outpatient surgery center, and hospital consults
• Focus primarily on adult cases, with occasional pediatric cases
• Emphasis on high-quality care rather than patient volume
• Dedicated MA team to streamline workflow and enhance patient care

• Mentorship and collaboration with experienced colleagues
• RN Triage during after hours and weekends
• Marketing representative to help build patient panel with various media resources and connecting you with the community
• Competitive Compensation and Benefits :
• Salary : $475,000$500,000 per year
• Excellent earning potential with a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus

Pay Range

$228.37 - $240.38 / hour
