A company is looking for a Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant to support mortgage loan officers in their daily duties.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation
Manage a pipeline of various loan types and facilitate timely loan closings
Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers and processors
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish and English
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience
Previous sales support experience preferred
Salesforce experience preferred
