Enrollment Account Specialist

The Account Specialist will be responsible for overseeing account enrollment processes, managing transactions, and providing crucial support in billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for account enrollments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle transaction management, maintaining meticulous records and efficient processes.
- Provide essential support in billing operations.
- Perform administrative and project tasks with precision and care.
- Contribute to optimizing processes and supporting operational goals.
- Customer service support
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing, and enrollment.
- Process claims, contractor invoices, and fulfillment requests.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate account records and follow established policies.
- Participate in training and development programs for customer service.

This is a Contract position based out of Coral Gables, FL.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
