Job Details

  • CT Technologist position requiring experience with Toshiba and Siemens CT scanners, independent CT experience, and EPIC system.
  • May need to float to Mercy and / or Calumet facilities if needed within skill set.

    • Job Requirements

  • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
  • BLS certification (Must be AHA).
  • ARRT certification (optional).
  • Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics, completed within a year of start and updated yearly with minimum 80% score.
  • MMR vaccination or positive IGG Titer required; no declinations accepted.
  • Fit Test required, preferred prior to start, can be completed onsite; specific mask types required for WI and MI, updated annually.
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or signed declination.
  • Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31); exemptions accepted with mask requirement.
  • Positive PPD requires negative chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire.
  • Health statement or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually.
  • Driver's License / State ID must be current and match address on file.
  • 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing required with specific timing prior to start; TB questionnaire updated annually.
  • Varicella vaccination or immunity documentation required; no declinations accepted.
  • Tdap vaccination valid within 10 years; no declinations accepted.
  • Ascension Profile (resume) required.
  • Two professional references required prior to first assignment.
  • Criminal background check including Social Security Trace, Employment Verification, OIG Search, National Sex Offender, and others completed within 30 days of first assignment and updated annually.
  • EPLS check run within 90 days of start and rerun if break in service >

    • 90 days.

  • Ascension Skills Checklist to be completed within one year of start and updated annually for specialty.
  • 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start and updated annually; retesting required if break in service >

    • 90 days.

  • Education verification relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start; rerun if break in service >

    • 90 days.

  • Confirmation of assignment documentation upon initial assignment and updates upon extension.
  • Employment verification for past seven years, updated annually, rerun if break in service >

    • 90 days.

    Schedule Information

  • Shift : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 1000-2000.
  • No call required.
  • No weekend shifts.
  • Holidays rotating with current associates.

    • Additional Details

  • Signed Assignment Agreement required for onboarding.
  • Ascension Resume required for submission.
  • Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding Education Attestation required for onboarding.
  • Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Form completed onsite.
  • Hiring Manager Evaluation optional post-assignment.
  • Ascension Name Change Document optional.
