To best serve our clients, Home Instead is searching for qualified CNAs/caregivers passionate about providing care for our aging population. As a caregiver, you will work one-on-one with our senior clients, providing a wide range of services. The services we provide to each client is highly individualized based on their need. Services can include but are not limited to the following: companionship,housekeeping, assisting with personal cares, transfer assistance, and even more skilled care for our specialized clients. In addition, we offer the chance to build strong relationships between our caregivers and our clients because, to us, it’s personal.

What we’re looking for:

? Must be 18 years of age

? Have a current driver’s license or ID

? Have a reliable mode of transportation with existing insurance

? Prior caregiving experience and/or CNA

? The willingness to learn and grow

? The ability to adapt to a variety of different situations and backgrounds

? A deep passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional experiences

? Looking for professional or personal growth

? The ability to carry up to 25 pounds

? The ability to pass screenings, such as a drug test and a background check

What we provide:

? Competitive wages. Care Pros receive anywhere from $16 to $17 an hour, depending on experience, certifications and training.
