Over the past decade, the StoryBrand framework has helped thousands of businesses grow. Today we are building something bigger — a fully integrated marketing system that generates high-volume leads, connects those leads with our certified partners, and drives revenue through a powerful ecosystem of courses, workshops, and programs.

As VP of Marketing, you will take ownership of this engine and help scale it dramatically.
You will work directly with CEO Donald Miller, collaborating with our media team, certified partner network, and internal marketing staff to build a system that produces predictable growth.
The VP of Marketing owns StoryBrand’s marketing engine and the systems that drive lead generation, partner referrals, and product revenue.
Success in this role will be measured by the following outcomes:
1. Lead Generation GrowthDrive daily lead acquisition through StoryBrand’s unified call-to-action and marketing funnels.
Target: 1,000+ new Weekly Soundbite subscribers per day.
2. Funnel Architecture & PerformanceBuild and continuously improve StoryBrand’s full marketing funnel inside HubSpot, including:
Own the intake and referral system that connects subscribers with StoryBrand Certified Partners.
Target: 5% of subscribers requesting a partner introduction.
4. Product Funnel RevenueLead marketing and conversion optimization for StoryBrand’s course and event products, including:
This includes launches, nurture campaigns, landing pages, and ongoing funnel optimization.
5. HubSpot System OwnershipServe as StoryBrand’s primary HubSpot architect, ensuring:
