Job Description

Position Summary

This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of infrastructure services, including server operating systems, mobile device management (MDM), patch deployment and protection, backup and restoration processes, directory services, and certificate management. The position ensures that core infrastructure platforms remain secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Strategy & Architecture

• Develops strategies for infrastructure services that support standards‑based directory services, single sign‑on solutions, server processing and storage optimization, backup and restoration frameworks, and comprehensive security and patch management capabilities.
• Designs and advances a robust services infrastructure that supports organizational requirements and long‑term technology goals.
