- Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate tailored tech solutions, highlighting benefits and ROI, explaining complex features simply.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage from prospecting to post-sale support, including proposals, quotes, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical experts (engineers, architects) to customize solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term client trust, ensure satisfaction, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Market Awareness: Stay current on tech trends, competitor offerings, and industry advancements.
- Reporting: Maintain CRM data and report on sales progress, pipeline, and results.
