Details:

Location: San Fernando, CA (must live within 20 miles of city center)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm
Type: Locums-to-Perm or Perm (Locums-to-Perm preferred)
Rate: Discuss by Phone + mileage reimbursement at $0.70/mile
Start Date: November 1, 2025-6 months

with strong potential for permanent conversion

Patient Volume: 3 7 patients/day
EMR: Athena

• Active CA NP license, BCBLS, and DEA
• 2+ years of direct patient care as an NP

• In-home care

  and geriatric experience required
• Nephrology experience is a big plus!
• 100% Malpractice Paid
• Paid Weekly
