Valet Park of America is seeking part-time night and weekend shift valet parking attendants in the Springfield, MA area. VPA has been providing great services since 1990 in Western Mass. We are currently seeking staff who can work part-time night and weekend shifts. Our hours of operation range from 4 pm to 12 am. providing valet parking at a local medical facility and other local establishments. Shifts will be inside a window of 4pm-12am, with the biggest need between 4pm-9pm. We will consider 5pm-9pm staff as well. Pay : rate + tip, potential to earn $17-$21 and more to start. (Busy shifts will make substantially more). VPA offers weekly payroll - get a check, direct deposit, or a pay card each week - in addition to tips earned daily.

Benefits : Paid sick time, and 401k are available to all qualifying staff. For full-time employees medical and dental insurance (50 / 50 split after 90 days) and additional vacation time are also provided.

General purpose The primary purpose of this position is to greet and assist customers, park their vehicles, and be a visible representative of the establishment we provide services for. After parking the vehicle, the attendant will run back to their station and be prepared to assist the next patron.

Work environment Outdoors for the duration of the shift. Inclement weather (hot, cold, precipitation, etc.) will significantly impact the employees' work environment. Shifts will not be canceled due to inclement weather and all employees will be required to attend their scheduled shifts, and maintain a high quality of work despite weather conditions.

We are seeking both full-time and part-time staff. Applicants with a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, transportation, and security often make a good fit for this position.
