Job Requirements

• Education Requirements: Completion of a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) program or equivalent.
• Certifications Requirements: Valid State LVN license, BLS certification, and IV certification.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of LVN experience in long-term care, group home, hospital, or corrections settings.
• Other Requirements: Competency in managing g-tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and traches; ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and nights; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or correctional facility setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
• Execute medical procedures such as managing g-tubes, Foley catheters, and tracheostomies efficiently and safely.
