Job Requirements - Education Requirements: Completion of a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) program or equivalent.
- Certifications Requirements: Valid State LVN license, BLS certification, and IV certification.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of LVN experience in long-term care, group home, hospital, or corrections settings.
- Other Requirements: Competency in managing g-tubes/enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and traches; ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and nights; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities - Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or correctional facility setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
