CDL A Fleet Driver

Cargo Transporters, Inc.is hiring aCDL A Regional Dry Van Driver in Charlotte, North Carolina. The driver will deliver freight with average2,400 miles or more per week andhome weekly. Compensation

• Average Pay (miles only): $83,000annually; $1,500weekly
  • Standard Pay with extras added on the base rate- 64CPM base withaverage of 2,400 miles or moreper week.
• Other Pay

  • Federal Per diem pay optional
  • Detention Pay - $20 per hour after 2 hours
  • NYC borough Pay - $125, no forced dispatch to NYC
  • Holiday Pay - $770 per year, effective immediately!
• Bonus Pay
  • Driver Referral Bonus:
    • $2,500 - $500 paid upon completed dispatch of referred Driver, $500 after 30 days, $500 after 60 days and $1,000 after 90 days
  • Safety Bonus: 1CPM for all miles driven, paid annually, must work the full year and meet criteria
  • Clean Inspection Bonus - $50-$100 basedon results
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

• Schedule: occasional weekend and holiday work
• Route:All runs are East Coast, with heavy concentration on the Northeast. Other routes may be available in the South and Midwest Regions

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21years of age
• Must have a valid CDL A license
• Must have 1year minimum verifiable tractor-trailer experience required
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse
• Must be able to pass a required non-DOT hairfollicle and DOTpre-employment drug test, MVR, and background check
• No at-fault DOT reportable accidents in the last 3 years
• No DUIs in last 5 years
• No Careless/Reckless convictions (improper lane changes, etc.)in the past 3years
