A company is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support its sourcing strategy by managing supplier relationships and optimizing procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sourcing events by gathering requirements, managing bid cycles, and evaluating proposals
Negotiate commercial terms and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable contract conditions
Analyze spend and market trends to identify sourcing opportunities and inform category strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields, or equivalent experience
2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations
Familiarity with ERP systems and sourcing / procurement tools is preferred
Professional certification such as CPSM or APICS is a plus
Experience in managing direct spend categories is advantageous
